Chapter Empowerment Fund Application

UAEM North America has limited funds set aside for our Chapter Empowerment fund. If your chapter is listed on the chapters page, you are eligible to apply!

UAEM chapter empowerment projects are for up to $200 of reimbursable expenses for activities that advance the mission and vision of UAEM North America on your campus!

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for funding for your chapter.

Steps:

Submit the Empowerment Fund Application: https://forms.gle/AuMFu1A8Z2212NZu6

  • The Empowerment fund is processed in a retrospective manner. This means that you will be reimbursed after the event once you've filled out the "Empowerment Fund Reimbursement Form - UAEM North America" https://forms.gle/kMnFFJhYUxYJPoqv8)  

    • If you need funds to host the event, please indicate in the application form, and we'll send you the funds as soon as possible. You are expected to return whatever amounts remain. 

  • Wait for the application to be processed (maximum 2 weeks). 

  • You will receive an email indicating whether you’ve received the Empowerment fund. This email guarantees that you will receive the reimbursement. 

  • Once your event is completed, submit the Empowerment Fund Reimbursement Form: https://forms.gle/kMnFFJhYUxYJPoqv8 

    1. For the ClickUp form, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Make sure to attach your receipts to the ClickUp form as well! 

  • You will receive the reimbursement through PayPal.
