In this role, you will oversee, guide and support different teams that work on multiple and intersecting work plans and timelines. How would you go about managing a programme that requires both big picture thinking and keeping an eye on attention to detail (max 300 words)?
As the Executive Director, you will be coordinating and guiding multiple teams of volunteers across different geographical locations. Describe how you have come to be a supportive and effective leader/manager/director (max 300 words).
