Anastasia Beletsky, MPH
Anastasia serves as Senior Director, New Product Development at The Health Management Academy (THMA). THMA serves the executive teams of ~65 integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, and regional health systems, as well as myriad healthcare industry companies. In this role, Anastasia supports THMA's internal organic and inorganic growth functions: she leads the market research, problem discovery, customer testing, and due diligence for new product launches, as well as supports merger and acquisition activity and corporate development strategy. Prior to this role, Anastasia directed a leadership development program for clinical, administrative, and financial executives for the above-mentioned member base. She also has prior experience as a public health practitioner, researcher, and educator. She earned her bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and master's in public health in social and behavioral sciences from the Yale School of Public Health.
After college, Anastasia worked as a program coordinator for ChildSight CT, a domestic program of Helen Keller International. The program was designed to fill access gaps to vision care for low income middle and high school students, directly inflecting undiagnosed and unaddressed vision problems which can limit a student's ability to thrive. Furthermore, during her tenure in graduate school, Anastasia participated as a member of the Yale University UAEM chapter and served as a summer intern for UAEM in 2014. Both experiences brought to light the profound impact of healthcare inequities and the social determinants of health, as well as the significance that delivery of services, access to medicines and treatment options, and advocacy can have on bridging the gap to equity.
