Maanasi Kademani

Maanasi Kademani (she/her) is a senior at UCLA studying Human Biology and Society with a minor in Entrepreneurship. She joined the UAEM UCLA chapter in 2020, where she has served as a Creation Director for two years, and now serves as External Relations Executive, researching and creating content that promotes UAEM's missions and projects, including the Free the Vaccine Campaign and the University Report Card project. She joined the North America Coordinating Committee in 2023.

Maanasi aims to pursue a career that combines her passions for medicine and communications. Outside of UAEM, she volunteers with nonprofits serving the LA area and leads a campus research journal exploring the intersections between medicine and society. Beyond that, she loves filmmaking, 60's music, reading, and cooking!
